I ran across this when my ex Brother-in-Law retired an old People PC Win 98 machine and gave it to me to play with.It include a disc,(Genuine as it turned out) Windows 98 SE !PLUS with the CD key.)

Anyway the image for the jewel case(which has the CD key on it) and an ISO copy of the disc are here together.Use this on 1 of those old Pentium MMX or AMD k6-2 super socket 7 machines.Have fun.

Please seed after downloading

great fun seeing how simple 98 was lol
I am paitently waiting for this to be seeded
It had it's problems but was fairly reliable.Airl showed up this morning with that old machine and that disc.So I imaged it and posted it up.BTW I got my daughters, when they were little,to call Airl Uncle Ugly.Messed with him a bit.He was and is still a friend. We had ugly fights all the time.(Like you're so ugly your reflection barfs) All in fun
I've got 2 machines seeding it now.Just waiting for it to get picked up
Thanx for all your efforts
DATS AOK NOW TA
In fact, I AM STILL USING WIN98, this email is written in such a computer. If properly installed and duly preserved (scandisks, defrags, etc.) it never gives me any trouble and with the many tricks to make it go faster, it runs fast in any PC more than P3. I hate
(I was cut off) Win XP with all its stupid warning messages and later versions, I only use it now for programs that dont run in 98. The combination Win98 and Firefox 2.0 plus some updates for You Tube (codecs) plus a lot of more codecs allows me to watch almost any movie format in my win98 PC. I dont plan to upgrade unless forced to by circumstances. Win98 was the stable, excellent final version of Windows as far as I am concerned.
I have an old pc p3 here and gonna put it on that
I have 98 on it but not se
... and I forgot two of the most important advantages: win 98 runs in TEN TIMES less space, 250 Mb and 2.5 Gb for XP, besides, old versions of ghost work beautifully with Win98, I have ten small disks with the full version of my PC with all programs, etc., if anything goes wrong with my disk, I just replace it and I am back in business as if nothing had happened, with other systems you have to re-install everything, a nightmare. Friends with Win 7 and others have seen my P3 or P4 with Win98 and 400 Mb RAM and they were surprised is almost as fast as theirs...
Glad it was a help. For the very old machines I use ANTIX Linux which works with older hardware down to a P2 266mhz.
Is this bootable?
